Finished off riveting the skins onto the seat rib assembly today. Made sure the 3 aft rivet holes of the inboard ribs were not riveted and I made sure that the centre of the skin was nice and tight when riveting.
This can be done solo with a little prep work and a few supports to help get under the skin with the bucking bar.
Gave the rivets a quick shot of primer. Only had to drill one out.
I clecoed the outboard ribs to the skin and attached it to the rest of the fuse.
It's slowly coming together. The seat rib assembly is done for now.
Centre seat rib assembly skins riveted in place.
Seat rib assembly attached to check for fit...perfect!
